Returns & Refunds

At Elysian Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Damaged items due to misuse, accident, or negligence

If an item is returned with signs of wear, odors, or damage, the return may be refused.


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at julien.menocardi@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account

Refund Denials

A refund may be denied if returned items:

  • Are not in original condition

  • Are missing tags, packaging, or accessories

  • Arrive damaged due to improper packaging

  • Fall outside of the return window

If a refund is denied, items may be returned back to you at your request and expense.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory changes.
If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the unwanted item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures faster service and accurate stock availability.


5. Defective or Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at julien.menocardi@gmail.com

  2. Include photos of:

    • The defective or incorrect item

    • Packaging

    • Order number

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account

  • Then contact your payment provider for processing timelines

We will verify your refund status and assist accordingly.


7. Non-Refundable Fees

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Shipping charges

  • Return postage fees

  • Customs or import duties (for international orders)

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
