1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All United States states and territories

All shipments originate from our U.S. fulfillment partners.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times vary based on location, carrier, and seasonal factors. Once the package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight and size of the package

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier information

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • If the order has not shipped, we will update the address for free

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
However, we will support you in resolving issues:

  • Lost package: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery

  • Stolen package: File a claim with the carrier; we will assist where possible

  • Delayed package: Allow a few extra business days, especially during peak seasons

Elysian Store is not liable for carrier errors, weather delays, or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and items

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at julien.menocardi@gmail.com

  3. We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes charged by the destination country

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary greatly depending on customs clearance.
